Cancellation and Refund Policy | Kogoshi
At Kogoshi, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. However, if you need to cancel an order or request a refund, we are here to assist. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:
1. Order Cancellations
1.1 Cancellation Before Shipping:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at kogoshi.in@gmail.com with your order details.
1.2 Cancellation After Shipping:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return after receiving the product. Please go through our Return & Exchange Policies for further information regarding the same.
1.3 Custom Orders:
Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once the production process has started.
2. Refunds
2.1 Eligibility for Refund:
You are eligible for a refund if:
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
You received the wrong product.
2.2 Refund Process:
To request a refund, contact us at kogoshi.in@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and images of the damaged or defective item.
2.3 Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after your request is approved. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
2.4 Non-Refundable Items:
Gift cards, sale items, and custom/personalized orders are non-refundable.
3. Return Shipping for Refunds
3.1 Return Shipping Responsibility:
For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For other eligible refunds, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
3.2 Condition of Returned Items:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
4. Exchange Policy
4.1 Exchanges:
Exchanges are available only for size or color issues, provided the product is in stock.

4.2 Exchange Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
5. Important Notes
Refunds are not provided for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or customs inspections.
We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the returned item does not meet our policy conditions.
